Incorporator of the “Computer Crime Research Centre”, “Cybersafetyunit”, independent expert of United Nations program “Crime prevention and criminal justice” (ISPAC), a member of the Editorial Board of International Cyber Criminology Journal and International Anticybercrime Association. Vladimir is one of the leading world experts whose experience in the area of cybercrime researches makes more than 15 years.
PhD in Law, Retired Police Colonel, veteran of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ukraine). He regularly makes speeches on international conferences and seminars. He is also an author and co-author of about 180 scientific works with 15 monographs among them.
Artem Ivan’ko

In 2003, he graduated from the National Mining University (Dnipropetrovsk), specialization in Information Security. His previous working experience includes information security of bank systems and retail, development of complex information security systems, development and implementation of electronic digital signature systems and legally relevant document control on the Ukrainian stock market.
His interests are information security, vulnerability detection in information systems and web applications, computer forensic.
