Spring Garden Township Police have arrested two York-area men for allegedly stealing a credit card and using it to go on a shopping spree.

Michael S. Eisenhart, 34, and Ronald Weaver, 22, remain in county prison, charged with access device fraud, theft from a vehicle, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Eisenhart is being held on $10,000 bail, Weaver on $5,000 bail, according to prison records.
