ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Participant registration – 7th of October (Friday) 2016, 09.00 a.m., Rectorate building.
Conference opening ceremony and plenary session – 7th of October, 11.00 a.m., in lecture hall 10, “Academician Ivan Stefanov”.
Working languages – Bulgarian, English and Russian.
Participants will receive the conference programme and materials on-site at the registration desk.
Accommodation – The Sever Training Centre Hotel and Korpus Yug Hotel – contact telephones 0882552513/0882552510.
Hotel reservation – the conference participants are asked to state whether they would like to book a hotel.
Participation fee:
 For participants – 40 BGN (20 Euros);
 For PhD students – 20 BGN (10 Euros);
 Deadline for free transfer – 20th of September, 2016.

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. Registration form and abstract of the paper should be presented by 15th of June 2016 (by email or by the web site).
2. Deadline for papers submission (by e-mail, or by the web site) – 12th of September 2016.
3. The papers must be up to 6 pages long, including charts, tables and references.
4. Layout guidelines:
 Font – Times New Roman;
 Font Size 12 pt; Line spacing – Single;
 Page setup: Margins: Top – 2” (5.08 cm); Bottom – 1” (2.54 cm); Left – 1.2” (3.05 cm); Right – 2.24” (5.69 cm); Paper – letter; Layout – header 1.7” (4.32 cm), footer 1” (2.54 cm);
 Title of the paper Bold 14 pt, centered, capital letters;
 Author’s scientific title, degree, first name and family name, place of work – 12 pt centered;
 Footnotes – 10 pt;
5. File name:
 The number of the thematic strand;
 The author’s first name and family name separated by underscore E.g. 1_Todor_Ivanov.doc
6. The papers submitted will be published in the conference proceedings.
7. The organizing committee reserves the right not to publish papers that do not meet the requirements or are not relevant to the thematic strands of the conference. The authors are fully responsible for the correctness of their texts.
